ETE021 Asset Management Solution for Environmental Services

Derbyshire County Council wishes to hear from suppliers willing to share information about electronic asset management systems for the Highways sector, potentially including functionality to cater for other asset types across the authority. This exercise will assist in gauging the likely level of interest in the project from the market. This will enable the Council to gain a better understanding of the Solutions available, how they could be supplied, an indication of the likely costs, and help it determine the most effective way of packaging and scoping its requirements for any future procurement opportunity. As such the Council is undertaking this SMT exercise to engage with suppliers and share information. This exercise will be undertaken initially with interested suppliers through a written response. The Council will then review the information provided and seek clarification if required.
