THG Invitation to Tender Remedial Fire Damage Works to Full Residential Property.
THG are looking to procure a company to carry out remedial refurbishment work to a property in Blackburn following fire damage. This is a one-off property with a scope of works. In order to competitively quote there is a bill of quantities and case scenario measures. The overall project value will be firmed by the winning bidder and is subject to survey only on award.
This tender will have closure 31st October 2022 at 12:00 noon.
