Hire of Portable Toilets including Luxury and Disabled Toilets, Shower Units and Bay Toilets

The Council is seeking to award a single supplier framework for each lot to provide the hire of Portable Toilets including Luxury Toilets, Shower Units, and Bay Toilets for 3 major events within the City of Sunderland. The framework will be split into three lots and bidders can apply for one or more lots.

Lot 1: Portable Toilets including Luxury and Disabled Toilets and Shower Units Lot 2: Bay Toilets

All tender documents are available via this portal. The Council will be using the Open Procurement Procedure tenders must be returned before 12:00 12.5.2017 in accordance with the ITT instructions. As part of the tender process Sunderland City Council intend to hold a supplier briefing session on Friday 26.5.2017 at 14:00. Further details regarding the briefing session are included in the ITT instructions you must confirm your intention to attend direct to Julie.rogerson@sunderland.gov.uk The aim of the briefing session is to provide advice on submitting an acceptable bid, there will also be opportunity to ask questions.
