description
At Leeds Trinity University we want to enable the effective and robust management of our international student visa compliance process. This would cover the steps from the student receiving an offer to the CAS being issued. Our goal is to implement an automated VISA compliance reporting tool ahead of the next recruitment cycle, to enable risk aversive growth. Any solution should meet the following high level requirements:
| • | An out of the box solution that requires minimal configuration. |
| • | Enables all users to view and track the progress of the CAS application. |
| • | Presents information in the form of data dashboards. |
| • | Allow all users to upload documents in a range of formats i.e. text and images. |
| • | Enables workflows to be designed and configured to LTU requirements. |
| • | Automatically notifies users when actions are required or remain outstanding. |
| • | Supports the secure storage of sensitive documents e.g. passports, medical records. |
| • | Integrates with Tribal SITS, Salesforce, PowerBI and TransferMate to support the exchange of key data. |
| • | Adheres to data protection legislation e.g. GDPR. |
| • | Meets Cyber Essentials Plus requirements. |
| • | Compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) |
We are asking any interested suppliers to provide a brief summary of how their solution would meet our high-level requirements, along with indicative pricing and an estimated timeline for implementation.
Please provide your response to l.glasper@leedstrinity.ac.uk by no later than 5pm on Monday 9th December 2024.
