Please note the NMM/ROG is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site and this building is Grade 2 Listed. Specific experience in this field will be essential.

The Contractor will need to carry out an Energy audit on the buildings and plant highlighted in the Tender Exercise Description.

Aim of the audit is to identify energy waste and where new innovations could be implemented in ways of saving energy, save maintenance ongoing costs and potential paybacks.
