Norwich City Council requires a single contractor to provide structural and civil engineering maintenance and repair works to tenanted low-rise properties which are being managed by NPS Norwich Ltd - Property Services Team.
Maintenance and repair works are required to a range of structural defects which relate to (but may not be limited to): -
- oConcrete repairs to existing concrete landings.
- oInstallation of new foundations
- oRemoval of existing defective precast concrete and timber stair flights.
- oInstallation of new galvanised steel staircases and handrails.
- oApplication of liquid applied waterproof deck membrane coatings to landing slabs.
- oProvision of temporary staircases to enable the works.
