This Memorandum of Information (MOI) forms part of a pre-tender market engagement exercise for the provision of ‘residential and nursing care home placements for working age adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health needs’ which will enable Medway Council to speak openly with current and potential providers about the commissioning of these services without compromising any future procurement process.
