Recruitment Services

The purpose of this contract is to provide Recruitment Services for Radian who require a number of reliable recruitment agencies to meet their permanent & temporary recruitment requirements.

A detailed description of the service specification is contained in Appendix A. Radian reserves the right to alter this service specification as required.

In a complex legal and regulatory environment, Radian requires providers that take responsibility for achieving:

• oCompliance with legislation and regulations;
• o100% eligibility of workers;
• oMinimisation of risk, in respect of security, confidentiality, data protection and fraud;
• oDiversity and equality of opportunity;
• oReduction in supply chain costs;
• oIt is a requirement that agency workers are:
• oAvailable where and when they are needed, i.e. that fill rates are high (consistently over 95% for normal working hours)
• oAn excellent match for the specific job requirement, in terms of ability, experience, qualification, health and attitude;
• oQuickly able to fit in and to perform effectively and safely;
• oAgency workers adhere to a dress code appropriate to the placement;
• oAgency workers operate to Radian standards, values and vision.

Radian is seeking professional providers that thrive on high standards and are able to provide a quality, consistent service. Providers should have an understanding of Radian's corporate values and be prepared to work in partnership with Radian to provide joint efficiencies.

The successful Organisations will also be required to demonstrate a proven track record on delivering similar type contracts along with providing sustainable competitive pricing throughout the term of the contract. The Organisation must have excellent customer service and be able to provide a dedicated account manager.

Expressions of interest will only be accepted until 30th August 2017 and the deadline for submissions of the tender will be 1st September 2017. Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
