description
believe housing seeks to appoint a contractor to undertake stock improvement works to a number of properties at Hawthorn Crescent, Quarrington Hill, County Durham. Works will be inclusive of the following;
- oKitchen/bathroom replacements, including all tiling, plastering, pipework, drainage, finishings, joinery works;
- oCap gas cooker point and install electric cooker, as and when identified by believe
- oExternal works including rooflines, PV/battery inverter, Wall finish render/pointing
- oAsbestos management (to include working with qualified Specialists for licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal);
- oElectrical installations including partial and full rewires
- oRemoval, Re-instatement and Re-decoration of all ceilings
- oSuch other similar work as per client request
- oOn completion EPC certificate
