A contract to appoint corporate financial advisers to advise HM Treasury on the valuation of its current shareholdings in Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBS).
The engagement of advisors is required to provide advice primarily on how best to ensure that the Government’s objectives for its stake in RBS are best achieved with regards value for the taxpayer.
The advice will support the policy appraisal of strategic options in relation to HM Government’s shareholdings and connected obligations.
