This project is for the replacement of the existing chillers located within existing Plantroom 4 together with the remote air cooled condensers located on the flat roof adjacent the courtyard next to Plantroom 4 and serving Air Handling Units (AHUs) as listed below:
- a)AHU 1, 2 and 3.3 in Plantroom 3
- b)AHU 2.1 in Plantroom 2
- c)AHU 5.2 and 5.3 in Plantroom 5.
AND for the replacement of the existing chiller located on the external flat roof area over Plantroom 21 and serving Air Handling Units (AHUs) as listed below:
- a)AHUs 1, 5, 6, 7, 8 in Plantroom 21
- b)AHU General Supply / Extract in Plantroom 21
- c)AHU 2 in Plantroom 22
- d)AHU T-Block in Plantroom 22
