Housing and Support for victims of Domestic Abuse in Swindon

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to deliver the Swindon Domestic Abuse Support Service contract to provide support to victims of Domestic Abuse in Swindon.

Supporting victims and survivors experiencing/ with lived experience of Domestic Abuse in Swindon through several various interventions. Run for 3 years, with option to extend 2 years + 2 years. With an estimated contract start date of 1st October 2024. The funding for this service is shared between Swindon Borough Council and the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner.

The initial contract term will be for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 48 months (2 periods of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 7 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is in the region of £1,050,000 across the initial 3 year contract term.

Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by 22nd April 2024, 1200 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.
