Grass and Hedge Cutting at properties included on the Assisted Gardening Schemes operated by Grand Union Housing Group Ltd

The purpose of this Tender exercise is to seek Tenders for providing Grass Cutting and Hedge Cutting Services at properties included on Grand Union Housing Group's Assisted Gardening Schemes . Refer to Tender Specification Part 2 'Brief Description of the Contract' for further information.

Tenderers are invited to Tender in accordance with the requirements outlined in Section 1 of the Tender Specification. The invitation is made available to Tenderer's who meet the minimum requirements defined in Section 1, Item 'Minimum Requirements for Tendering' .

The Tender opportunity is divided into three Lots (separate tenders) as follows:

Lot 1 - Provision of the Grass Cutting services. This Lot may only be utilised if Lot 3 is not utilised.

Lot 2 - Provision of the Hedge Cutting services. This Lot may only be utilised if Lot 3 is not utilised.

Lot 3 - Provision of both the Grass Cutting and the Hedge Cutting services. This Lot may only be utilised if Lots 1 and 2 are not utilised.

Note. Lot 3 is to establish if better value can be obtained should the same Tenderer be awarded both Contracts.

Following a Tender Evaluation process (refer to Tender Specification Section 1, Part 5 'Tender Evaluation') and subject to the Tenders representing good value for money, it is intended that two separate Contracts will be awarded as follows:

Contract 1 - Grass Cutting to properties included on the Assisted Gardening Schemes at properties owned and / or managed by GUHG

Contract 2 - Hedge Cutting to properties included on the Assisted Gardening Schemes at properties owned and / or managed by GUHG

Note. This applies even if Lot 3 is utilised.
