Bidder Event - New South West Consultants Framework 2016-2020 The current South West Consultants Framework for the delivery of professional design and property services for construction projects is due to expire in November 2016. Torbay Council, on behalf of South West Public Bodies, is running a procurement exercise to secure a replacement Framework Agreement to run from November 2016 until 2020. The proposal is to structure the Framework differently, by dividing it into 2 Lots as follows: <b></b> <b>LOT A -For Construction Value projects over £2m</b> - Organisations to provide Multi Disciplinary Teams and Individual disciplines for Construction Value projects over £2m, for the whole South West Region <b></b> <b>LOT B - For Construction Value projects under £2m</b> - Organisations to provide Multi Disciplinary Teams and Individual Disciplines for Construction Value projects under £2m for specific regional areas in the South West Region <b>The Bidder Event will provide information and consult on the Structure and Delivery of the new Framework and the Procurement Process. The Bidder presentations have been designed to provide information relevant to the separate Lots. Therefore you only need to attend the presentation for the LOT you would be interested in applying for. The Event is being repeated in four different locations.
