CLC4974 London Borough of Tower Hamlets Victoria Park Firework Display 2015

Tower Hamlets is seeking tenders for the artistic production of the Councils Annual Fireworks Display to be held at Victoria Park on Saturday 7th November 2015 from suitable creative fireworks companies. Tower Hamlets has a reputation for presenting creative fire spectacles to celebrate Fireworks Night as part of the Arts and Events teams regular events programme. 2015 sees the return of the Tower Hamlets Fireworks Display in Victoria Park, following a period of smaller displays taking place across parks in Tower Hamlets. The Fireworks spectacle must be artistically driven and themed, working both with the parks natural assets and the innovative use of pyrotechnics, and other creative visual arrangements to augment the display. The scale of the spectacle will need to be suitable for an audience of 80,000+. The location of the spectacle will be Victoria Park East side directly adjacent to Grove Rd, Tower Hamlets, E3. To be considered for tender you must have relevant experience in the delivery of large scale creative Fireworks Spectacles at large scale events and robust Health and Safety documentation. Any company not able to demonstrate this will not be eligible. <b></b> <b>The anticipated contract start date is: </b>Thursday, 01 October 2015 <b>The estimated value of the contract is: </b> <b></b> £50,000 (Fifty Thousand Pounds) Total Cost <b>For a period of:</b> Until services have been completed (1.5 Months) Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to their representatives dealing with the contract. The council will not be liable for the lack of delegated access within the organisation and will not send any documentation regarding the contract, which shall be exclusively available through the portal. Tenderers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to submit their ITT/PQQ.
