Quotation for a Hot & Cold Food Concession at Sandwell Valley Country Park Adventure Playground, Dartmouth Park Playground and Football on the King George V Playing Fields

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is inviting quotation bids from responsible and experienced catering companies to trade Hot and Cold food at Sandwell Valley Country Park Adventure Playground, Dartmouth Park Playground and Football on the King George V Playing Fields on a 3 year contract from 2018 - 2021.

The tender for the Hot and Cold Food Concession at Sandwell Valley Country Park Adventure Playground, Dartmouth Park Playground and Football on the King George V Playing Fields will include the sale of hot and cold food, drinks, snacks and slush only and is for the following period for the following dates:

• o1st April 2018 to 31st March 2019
• o1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020
• o1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021

Hours of operation and your location within the complex are by agreement prior to your arrival and operation with management at Sandwell Valley Country Park and will include factors such as ground conditions and hours of daylight, which dictate the time the Park is closed to visitors.
