The value below is a framework or dynamic market ceiling: the maximum that could be spent across all call-offs, not the value of a single contract. Aggregate figures on this site exclude these to avoid double counting.

description

The aim of this review is to look at whether the current (June 2018) Shared Service protocol is still fit for purpose, and whether it is the most effective way for the three departments to work together.

The review should also look at whether there is still a significant saving being made, if payment reflects current market rates and whether the Shared Service model has helped to cut down on duplication of work from the three departments. The review should also aim to look at how much time each department puts in to the Shared Service, and how work is prioritised. It should also advise on the scope for more forward strategic communications planning between the respective law offices.
