Educational in Cell Television Service, which works within the current TV provision. We welcome bids with the capability of designing and delivering a service, which will see the delivery of information, advice and guidance and the creation of bespoke promotional films that supports the delivery of the Education Curriculum and wider Learning & Skill provision within the establishment. The bid should include provision for resources, support and guidance for our higher level learners, this shouldn't be course specific but designed to assist and encourage those moving into the next chapter of their Educational Journey.

Consideration must be given to how this service will communicate with those who had a disabilities, learning difficulties or low levels of literacy which could impact upon their ability to access the content provided. Examples of this should be clearly set out within the bid; how would those with hearing or visual impairment access the service.

With a diverse population, some thought should be given to content which would support them and encourage engagement with activities looking to keep them physically and mentally active.

The bid should include set up costs which cover cabling to all the wings; it is recommended that a site visit is conducted.
