The London Borough of Hounslow is seeking to recommission its HIV prevention and support services from suitably experienced and qualified organisations. The services will deliver HIV outreach prevention, care and support services to increase the uptake of HIV testing to reduce undiagnosed HIV infection among black African and MSM communities in Hounslow and HIV care and support services for people living with diagnosed HIV including families with children and their carers. The services are divided into three Lots: Lot 1: HIV Prevention Services for Black African Community in Hounslow Lot 2 HIV Prevention Services for MSM Community in Hounslow Lot 3: Support Services for People living with HIV in Hounslow Services Tenderers are invited to bid for one or more of the Lots. The maximum annual budget allocated to each lot is £20,000. The contract will be for a period of 30 months commencing on 1st October 2015. The award of contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous tender submitted.
