Expressions of Interest in Arnold House

As announced locally in early 2016, Corsham Town Council is planning to dispose of Arnold House, 31 High Street, Corsham, Wiltshire SN13 0EZ. Expressions of Interest are currently being sought from those wishing to acquire the freehold of the property. Proposals will be especially welcomed from those who wish to use the property for community activities.

The property will become available within one to five years. Arnold House is a listed building and currently comprises a tourist information centre, exhibition space, meeting room, kitchen, two first floor flats, garden and separate storage building/depot.

Brief Expressions of Interest must include the following information: proposed use/s; timescale for the planned need; potential partnerships with local organisations; explanation of how the proposal would contribute towards the Town Council's Strategic Plan objectives, and an indication of how the proposal would be financially sustainable. Further information may be requested by the Town Council once it has reviewed the submissions.

The deadline for initial Expressions of Interest is 12 April 2017.
