SO13726; Audit of HR Policies and Procedures - ITT

The Authority is seeking to procure consultancy advice to conduct an audit of the HR policies and procedures, listed below, the majority, if not all, of which have been in place for between 2-5 years. Audit to consider:

Provide an interim report and full report on the findings and recommendations to be presented to the HR Deputy Director, Head of HR Policy, Head of Diversity and Inclusion and the Treasury’s Diversity and Inclusion Board.

To participate in any possible future procurement which results from this RFP, Potential Providers must first be registered on the Crown Commercial Service e-Sourcing Suite.

Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so at the Invitation to Tender stage.

Once you have registered on the eSourcing Suite, you will need to express an interest in this procurement. This is done by emailing ExpressionOfInterest@crowncommercial.gov.uk

Crown Commercial Service will then process this email and assign your organisation to the opportunity. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done.

The deadline for the receipt of proposals is 12:00 noon on 21/09/2015 and therefore suppliers can register on the e-Sourcing Suite between the issue date of this Contracts Finder advert and the deadline date.

The deadline date for receipt of final outstanding requests for clarification will be 11/09/2015 at 16:00 hrs.

It is advised however that Potential Providers register as soon as practically possible in order to receive the Invitation to Tender and have a sufficient amount of time to respond.
