This opportunity is to create a University of Birmingham Main Contractor Construction Framework Agreement for Project with a value between £2.5-£10m with the ability to support other HE Sector Organisation and to develop local initiatives. It is anticipated that the framework agreement will be for 10 years and will be based on the University of Birmingham project pipeline. The framework is expected to generate partnership working and to develop long term relationships.

The framework agreement will be made available for use by HE Sector Organisations regardless of whether or not they are to be defined as contracting authorities for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 who details can be found at the following link - https://www.gov.uk/check-a-university-is-officially-recognised/ recognised-bodies
