Rochdale Borough Council is looking for a company to provide a 'turn key' fully integrated and complete solar PV plant with design life of minimum 25 years. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to provide the complete and bankable system which shall include; all work and workmanship from engineering and design; site preparation and construction; equipment procurement storage, and installation; Testing and commissioning as required for a complete operable plant including handover to the Principle.
