Crawley Borough Council is inviting tenders to review the Strategic Housing Market Assessment and subsequent updates and to update the current and projected future position of the local housing market for the Crawley Borough and Horsham District. The Council is procuring this contract as a joint commission with Horsham District Council following an open local tender process. The duration of the Contract is anticipated to be for four to six months. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in February 2018. The Council intends to award the Contract to one organisation.
