Mid Devon District Council are working on a project to create a work hub in Tiverton Town Centre utilising a former youth centre building. We are seeking to appoint a main contractor to undertake conversion/refurbishment works to the building.
The works will include:
⬢ Enlarged window and door openings including new windows and doors
⬢ Removal of internal wall
⬢ New floor and wall finishes
⬢ New kitchen, fixed furniture and replacement sanitary ware
⬢ Mechanical & Electrical Works - new boiler, new power and data, lighting, alterations to heating system, ventilation, relocating
water meter.
⬢ New external pergola and external works
