Nottingham City Council seek an organisation to build/expand capacity in local providers, in order to grow local provision for community Short Breaks for children/young people with disabilities. The prospective Provider will need an understanding of support for children/young people with disabilities and their families.
Community short breaks are defined as
- Group activities, which can include evening activities such as youth groups, weekend activities and school holiday clubs.
- One-to-one support
- Community Short Breaks do not include overnight breaks.
