P2734 Appointment of Business Advisors HPBC and D2N2 Growth Hub

High Peak Borough Council and the D2N2 LEP/Growth Hub seek to support business growth and investment in High Peak through the provision of two sector specialist business advisors to provide access to sector specific expertise; including grant funding advice and the development of networking opportunities.

Business advisors are sought to provide specialist support in the following sectors:

• Life Science

• Creative/Digital

The business advisors will provide additional sector support for the LEP/Growth Hub and HPBC to identify key businesses within the above sectors, and build upon the generalist business support offered from the Core Growth Hub offer. The service will link with and feed into both CDI and Life Sciences ERDF programmes.

The Business Advisors will work closely with High Peak Borough Council Officers and partners to improve the performance of a business.
