The Growth Company National Citizen Service 2019 Invitation to Tender (ITT) and Framework Opportunity

The Growth Company (GC) has been confirmed as the North West Management Partner (Prime Contractor) of the National Citizens Service (NCS).

Since contract award we have identified gaps in our supply chain due to;

• Partners no longer going forward in the supply chain
• A reduction in the volume of contracted places delivered by GC

In addition to filling these gaps GC are also taking this opportunity to build a framework of potential providers. We are seeking submissions from organisations who can deliver end to end delivery of the NCS programme in the North West (NW). Any submitted responses will be reviewed and scored to establish a shortlist of partners.

Potential suppliers will also need to satisfactorily complete a due diligence process.

We are pleased to invite you to submit a tender response to fill the current gaps in our supply chain and an opportunity to join our GC National Citizens Service (NCS) Provider Framework. This framework will cover future opportunities within our current Prime NCS contract across the NW. This framework will be for providers of end to end delivery.

Once logged in you will need to express interest and complete the response found at the following link: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/manchestergrowthcompany/aspx/ProjectManage/75 (this can also be found under 'Current Tenders' when you log into Intend.

Submissions must be made in the required format and be returned by 16:00 Wednesday 31st July 2019. Any submissions received after the specified deadline will not be accepted. This is automated on the In-Tend platform therefore you are encouraged to allow adequate time to upload your bid. Please do not email your response; any submissions received by email will be rejected unless agreed in advance due to any technical difficulties with the In-Tend portal.
