City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (The Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to deliver a web based e-learning resource for schools and families. The opportunity to buy into the software solution will be made available to any school which subscribes to the Bradford Learning Network (BLN) service and currently 150 schools buy into this solution
