The UK is part of the International Charter: Space and Major Disasters (here on in referred to as the Charter). The Charter aims to provide a unified system of space data acquisition and delivery to those affected by natural or man-made disasters. The UK Space Agency wishes to procure specialist strategic support to help enable effective performance, interface efficiently with existing and any potential new stakeholders and ensuring optimal awareness and uptake of the Charter within the UK Government and with selected overseas partners.

The contract value reported is for 4 years (1 year+1+1+1) inclusive of selected options. The contract duration is for 1 year with the option to extend the duration annually by a further 12 month period up to a maximum of 3 additional years.

All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for procurement values that exceed Regulation 5 (Threshold amounts). This procurement will be managed electronically via the Crown Commercial Service's e-Sourcing Suite.
