HfH are looking to appoint a contractor to fully support the delivery of responsive, voids and disrepair programmes delivered by HRS to dwellings, empty properties and communal areas for circa 21,000 homes (16,000 tenanted properties)
The contract operates on a Schedule of Rates (NHF version 5.1) pricing mechanism with a discount to the base price and the work allocated will generally be larger, more complex or to support HRS during periods of peak activity. Detailed requirement is as per Section 2-ITT Doc.
