The Council is seeking to award a single supplier framework for each lot to provide the hire of Portable Toilets including Luxury Toilets, Shower Units, Portable Cabins and Bay Toilets for 3 major events within the City of Sunderland. The framework will be split into three lots and bidders can apply for one or more lots.
