The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is procuring the Installation of a new Strategic Heat Network (SHN) in Barking Town Centre (BTC) on behalf of itself and a wholly owned company of the Authority, which the Authority has set up known as B&D Energy Limited (BDE).
This PQQ is for Lot 1 (SHN) shall cover the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and setting to work of the following key parts of the system
