To carry out works to Highgate Library inclusive of:
| • | Minor internal refurbishment to ground floor including decoration. |
| • | Installation of new wayfinding signage and noticeboards to all floors. |
| • | Installation of new platform lift. |
| • | Creation of new staff room, and WC's to ground & first floor. |
| • | M&E works in support of new layout including re-wire and new boiler with radiant heat panels. |
| • | Strip out of existing Data and CCTV cabling. |
| • | Installation of Cat6a cabling/ containment for new IT and CCTV installations. |
| • | New flooring to ground and first floor. |
