Cambridge City Council and Cambridgeshire County Council (the Clients) are collaborating to provide a car club that is a cost-effective alternative to owning a car for residents, visitors, students and staff who live, work and visit the city. The Clients are looking for one supplier to facilitate the car club through two individual contracts, one with each Client.
