Refurbishment of The Lodge, Brandon Country Park to include:
- oNew structural openings to be formed
- oInternal lining of external walls
- oNew floor build up to include floor insulation
- oNew internal layout formed with stud partition walls.
- oInstallation of new kitchen, sanitaryware and associated above ground waste drainage
- oNew underground drainage
- oDemolition of existing garage and other external works to include installation of new patio.
