Church Hill Street Housing Scheme - AWARD

The Council wishes to invite interested parties ("Tenderers") to participate in a tender exercise for the construction of 20 new Dwellings at Church Hill Street, Smethwick.

The work comprises:

The construction of 20 new houses, comprising site strip with cut and fill, piles under the foot print of the dwellings, reinforced strip foundations with beam and block ground floors, masonry load bearing cavity walls, tiled pitched roofs, plastered and decorated finishes internally, kitchens and bathrooms, UPVC windows and doors, mechanical and electrical installations, front and rear landscaped gardens, fencing and gates, highways works including a new road and turning head, crossovers, pavements, street lighting and sewers, car parking, drainage, masonry and sheet pile retaining walls, incoming services, utilities and service diversions.

Contractor designed works comprise piling, concrete beam and block ground floors, timber engineered floor joists, timber pitched roof trusses, and mechanical and electrical installations.

Contract Period is 45 weeks
