description
The Council is seeking to establish a Family Group Conferencing Service in order to act as an early intervention tool which can potentially prevent children and young people coming into care or can facilitate returning children to the family from care. The service is to be full time five days a week and will be on an actual use basis. Both conferences and reviews need to be offered as part of this contract.
