Appoint a supplier to provide mobile voice and data services to the Council. The project deliverables for this contract are as follows:
| • | Appoint a single service provider; |
| • | Provide continual monitoring of contract charges/tariffs, in order to obtain value for money; |
| • | Provide a single bill facility; |
| • | Provide migration of service from existing network operator to alternative (if required); |
| • | Provide a choice of mobile phone and tablet devices, offering value-for-money solutions; and |
| • | Provide the flexibility to increase/decrease data and voice usage without incurring excessive additional charges. |
