Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for The Provision of Residential Placements for up to five (5) Children and Young People Aged 14 and above with highly challenging behaviour and complex needs at Hitchin Road.

This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.

The Council is offering the opportunity to visit the site on Wednesday 9th October 2024 at 2pm. Due to practicalities on site, the Council will need to limit numbers to two (2) per Provider in the first instance

The estimated contract value stated above is the maximum value under this contract which includes the optional extension period of up to three years and the potential opportunity of additional beds
