Refurbishment of Unit 2 Portisfields office building to provide new office space
Project Scope
Avon and Somerset Constabulary propose to carry out a refurbishment of Unit 2, Middlebridge Business Park, Bristol Road, Portishead, BS20 6PN.
Proposed Works
The proposed works include the following main elements
Fabric:
| • | Demolition of stud partitions and re-location of demountable partitions to new locations to form new smaller offices. |
| • | Re-configuration of ground floor WC's to provide extra WC's. |
| • | Replacement of carpet and vinyl floor finishes throughout. |
| • | Minor alterations to ceiling grid to suit new layout. |
| • | General decorations throughout. |
Mechanical and Electrical:
| • | New LED lighting throughout and. |
| • | Re-configuration of fire detection and security. |
| • | New power/data supply. |
| • | Relocated air conditioning to suit new layout. |
| • | UPS Installation |
| • | New electric panel heaters |
