The Expansion of The Right Course building works for HMP Wormwood Scrubs.

LTE Group are looking to contract a supplier to design and refurbish an existing facility at HMP Wormwood Scrubs and purchase industry standard equipment and tools to reflect real working environments in the community. The requirement is to create a professional training environment for prisoners as part of their rehabilitation and create a working canteen to be used by staff and visitors to HMP Wormwood Scrubs by completing an entire refit of the current mess area.

LTE Group are looking to refit an existing mess canteen by refurbishing and fitting the kitchen area, seating area and bathroom, update and install various electrical fittings such as the sockets, isolators and kitchen outlets and install and replace plumbing fixtures. LTE Group will also need the supply of various catering standard equipment such as dishwashers, hot food counters, ice machines and a barista kit. These should be installed and maintained to industry standards.

LTE Group are preferably looking for a project manager to assist with managing of the project and ensuring everything is effectively run and the proposed deadline is met.

Stage one is available now and is the pre-qualifying questionnaire. Also, enclosed is the proposed floor plan of the site, to give indication as to what you will be tendering for.

All suppliers that qualify, will then be invited to bid for the full tender.
