Hart District Council is seeking quotations for the preparation of a number of reports in connection with exploring a potential new Garden Community within the district. The work has been split into 8 lots as listed below and suppliers are invited to submit responses for each report they are interested in, using the attached bidding documents:
- Strategy Report - HNA and HIA
- Strategy Report - GI, Sports and Leisure
- Strategy Report - Economy and Employment
- Evidence for Need for Housing for Older People
- Evidence for Need for housing for supported housing
- Evidence for Need for housing for younger people and first-time buyers
- Garden Community Technical Report - Accessible Housing
- Garden Community Technical Report - Keyworker Housing
The estimated budget is for all 8 reports, recognising some may be more in depth than others
