Project 21101 Design, Build Install Portable Modular Office & Welfare Building at Draycott Depot

At present the current welfare facilities at Draycott Depot are no longer sufficient to support an ever growing field team staff and there is now a requirement to house the technical support team staff as well. It is therefore proposed to install a portable two story modular building to provide new suitable office accommodation for up to 15 people and new welfare facilities to be provided for the increased number of 18 Field Team staff now based at the depot.
