The aim of the research is understand how well UK passengers understand current allowances and restrictions on goods they bring back to the UK when travelling from Europe and the rest of the world. The research also aims to understand how well individuals understand the rules, guidance and duties associated with posting items to and from the EU and the rest of the World. The research consists of a series of qualitative interviews with members of the public as well as analysis of survey data.
