London Borough of Redbridge - Adults Case Management - Implementation Partner
The Authority is looking for an implementation partner that has the knowledge and expertise for a digital transformation project such as the new Case Management system for Adults. This will include the Project management and implementation to successfully deliver the new Social Care and Finance System. As part of the implementation phase there are a number of work streams which include integration, data migration, configuration and training along with a series of "dry runs".
