Quotation for Delivery and Analysis of a Satisfaction Survey to Sandwell Tenants

Sandwell Council's Housing Service would like to deliver a satisfaction survey to tenants in September 22. This will enable the council to collect feedback from tenants to help shape and improve services. Following survey delivery, an analysis is to be completed and findings to be presented back to the council shortly after. Delivering the survey in Autumn 2022 offers a chance to trial and evaluate the chosen methodology, delivery approach and analysis ahead of next year, when delivering an annual tenant satisfaction survey will be a requirement of the new April 2023 Consumer Standards Framework.

Sandwell has a housing stock of 27,307 properties which rises to 28,000 when including the private finance initiative properties. We collect data on the demographics of tenants including gender, age, ethnicity, and the proportion of tenants with disabilities.
