Evolving the Programme's operating model and associated frameworks as it moves further into construction including changes to the wider Weybridge Operating Model which may include non-NBC projects; and Specialist ad-hoc support to specific NBC Programme initiatives, e.g. project business case delivery, and programme benchmarking and cost assurance.
