Ansa proposes to adopt a demand-led approach to their route, rota and service optimisation across their organisation with an associated reduction in long term costs for the Council, benefitting residents by minimising costs, while improving service capability and resilience. It is anticipated that this requirement will be delivered in a phased approaches for different areas of Ansa's business.
