The purpose of this tender is to obtain the services of a professional valuation service to the Council. The person(s) providing that service must be Chartered Surveyors and/or Incorporated Valuers who in addition must also be Registered Valuers. The information provided in the specification is designed to assist you and your organisation to evaluate your suitability for the Council's specific requirements in relation to different types of valuation work.
